Adobo sa Puti

| Amigo Premium Jasmine Rice | 250g |
| Water (Rice) | 250g |
| Pork Belly/(Kasim) | 500g |
| Cooking Oil | 80g |
| Salt | 15g |
| Whole Black Peppercorn | 12g |
| Garlic | 60g |
| Cane Vinegar | 25g |
| Bay Leaves | 2g |
| Potato (4pcs) | 200g |
| Granulated Sugar | 30g |
| Whole Eggs | 2pcs |
| Scallion | 20g |
| Ginger | 20g |
| Water (Pork) | 400g |
Let’s make it
| Rice Cooking: |
| 1. Wash and drain Amigo Oro Jasmine Rice. |
| 2. Pour in water into washed rice. |
| 3. Cook rice as per normal white rice setting. |
| Pork Adobo Cooking: |
| 1. In a large pot, pour cooking oil. |
| 2. Saute garlic, onion and ginger. |
| 3. Add in pork belly and water. |
| 4. Add in black peppercorn, bay leaves, and salt. |
| 5. Pour in chopped potato. |
| 5. Cook for about 20 minutes. |
| 6. Add in cane vinegar, cook for another 5 minutes. |
| 6. Add in sugar (you can adjust), mix. |
| 7. Remove from the pot. |
Presentation
| Assembly: |
| 1. Transfer 1 cup of cooked rice into desired plate. |
| 2. Topped with adobo sa puti. |
| 3. Use boiled egg as topping or accent. |
| 4. Add in thin slices of scallion. |
