Fried Luncheon Meat Rice
What you’ll need

| Amigo Oro Well-Milled Rice | 250g |
| Water | 250g |
| Frozen Mixed Vegetables | 100g |
| Whole Eggs | 2pcs |
| White Onion | 80g |
| Salt | 5g |
| Sesame Oil | 60g |
| Ground White Pepper | 3g |
| Scallion | 12g |
| Soy Sauce | 15g |
| Garlic | 30g |
| Spring Onion | |
| Frying: | |
| La Filipina Luncheon Meat Classic | 340g |
| Cooking Oil | 50g |
| Whole Egg | 1pc |
| Bok Choy, blanched |
Let’s make it
| Rice Cooking: |
| 1. Wash and drain Amigo Oro Well-Milled Rice. |
| 2. Pour in water into washed rice. |
| 3. Cook rice as per normal white rice setting. |
| Fried Rice Cooking: |
| 1. In a large pot, pour sesame oil. |
| 2. Saute garlic and white onion. |
| 3. Add in frozen mixed vegetables. Mix. |
| 4. Add in cooked rice, salt, white pepper and soy sauce. |
| 5. Mix at medium-low fire. |
| 6. Add in scallion and egg. |
| 7. Continue mixing for about 5 minutes. |
| Frying: |
| 1. In a large pan, pour cooking oil. |
| 2. Fry sliced La Filipina Luncheon Meat Classic or until light brown in color. |
| 3. Remove from the pan. |
| 4. In the same pan, fry egg (sunny side up). |
| 5. Remove and transfer. |
Presentation
| Assembly: | |
| 1. Transfer a cup of rice into desired plate. | |
| 2. Topped with sunny side up egg. | |
| 3. Add in La Filipina Luncheon Meat Classic and Bok Choy. | |
