Amigo Oro Well-Milled Rice 250g
Water 250g
For Fried Rice:
Cooked Rice 500g
Cooking Oil 20g
Soy Sauce 30g
Garnish:
Boiled Egg
Sausage
Asparagus, blanched
Spring Onion
Instructions

Let’s make it

Rice Cooking:
1. Wash and drain Amigo Oro Well-Milled Rice.
2. Pour in water into washed rice.
3. Cook rice as per normal white rice setting.

 

Fried Rice Cooking:
1. In a large pot, pour cooking oil.
2. Add in cooked Amigo Oro Well-Milled Rice.
3. Add in soy sauce. Mix thoroughly.

Presentation

Assembly:
1. Transfer a cup of rice into desired bowl or plate.
2. Garnish with spring onion.
