OUR STORY
La Filipina Uy Gongco Corporation was established in 1971 under the leadership of Mr. Alfonso Uy. What began as a humble bakery and grocery store has evolved into a diversified conglomerate with operations engaged in manufacturing, production, trading, distribution, farming, real estate, importation and logistics.
We own one of the largest and most modern flour mills in the country, and we are a market leader in the production and distribution of flour and flour by-products across the Philippines.
We are a leading producer of animal feeds in the country and we’re also one of the top importers and distributors of various fertilizer and pesticide grades.
We also own and manage agricultural estates such as hog and sugarcane farms, along with our sugar mill and corn mill. Our operations also extend to hospitality and real estate development.
Our own logistics operations is fully integrated, modern, state-of-the-art facilities that allow us to produce and distribute consumer products both locally and internationally.
Over the years, we have steadily expanded our operations, moving beyond raw agricultural produce to meat processing, pasta manufacturing and more recently, rice importation and local distribution.
